[Canyon] voting

Hi neighbors -
I was just in the county election office with my son, who registered for the
first time. I thought I'd share a little information.
Contrary to some disinformation that's floating around, mail-in ballots must
be RECEIVED by election day, not postmarked. At this point, they're
recommending that you hand deliver your ballot to the office - it's too late
to mail it with certainty of timely delivery. Fortunately, this is extremely
easy. Just stop by the county offices on 311 W Main. There are ballot boxes
on the second floor, room 210, and usually an attended box in the lobby.
Bridger Canyon is split between precincts 61, voting at the fairgrounds, and
59, voting at the fire station community room. While regular registration
has closed, you can be a late registrant right up to election day (see
details at the link below). The staff were very efficient when we visited,
and there was no line, though I would expect a long line on election day. If
you register now, you'll receive an absentee ballot on the spot.
There's lots more information here:

Remember, vote early, vote often!
