A federal judge has ruled against the challenge to the North Bridgers 
logging project:

The Grizzly Ridge bar case has been settled with a no-contest plea and 
$500 fine:

We've been holding off on the BCPOA General Meeting in hope that we can 
do something in person, but the recent spike in cases calls that into 
question. The board will discuss this when we meet next week.
