[Canyon] BCPOA newsletter, General Meeting

Hi Neighbors -

The BCPOA Newsletter will be in your mailbox by now for some of you, but 
we've tried to use email where possible to save trees. A digital copy is 
attached.

We've moved the General Meeting back one week, to the 14th, 7pm, to 
allow more time for the mailing to percolate to all members. Due to the 
surge in COVID cases, we're meeting virtually.
