Hi Neighbors -

This is another quick reminder about the BCPOA General Meeting tomorrow
(Tuesday).

On the agenda:

Agenda

·Adopt the Agenda

·Minutes of 2019 Annual Meeting

·Treasurer’s Report

·Introduction of current board members

·Review of Year

·Zoning Updates

·Permits and Amendments

·Proposed Bylaws Amendments

·Dues

·Crosscut Representative

·Elections

·Retiring Board members

·Review of Board work and meeting times, dues requirement for voting

·Board Chair election

·Election of new Directors

·New Business

·Canyon Groups

·Other Business

There are two bylaws items potentially requiring a vote. One would add a
permanent nonvoting board member representing Crosscut Mountain Sports,
as we now have for Bridger Bowl. We think this is a useful way to
maintain good communication. The other is a dues increase, to ensure
that BCPOA is ready for a zoning appeal or other expensive action. We
don't want to implement this now, in a year that's already tough
economically, but we do want to be future-proof.

The other item of importance is the election of board members. We have a
couple empty seats, and a few members whose terms are up. This is a
great time to join up and help shape the future of Bridger Canyon!

Tom

P.S. Speaking of the future, the Custer-Gallatin National Forest plan
draft is out:
