[Canyon] Community notification system warning issued

The Community Notification System is running - I just got the call 
issuing a warning for the fire.

For now, the Sheriff recommends monitoring the situation closely and 
developing an evacuation plan.

They will attempt to contact everyone in person in the event of an 
evacuation, but emphasized that you should not wait for an order if you 
feel uncomfortable.
