[Canyon] Fwd: Bridger Foothills Fire 9/10 Morning Update

The morning update from Ted Mather. The map is very interesting this 
morning - it shows containment along much of the populated S and W edges 
of the fire, except for a mile along BC Road north of the fire station, 
and a shorter stretch near the intersection with Jackson Creek.

The report mentions road restriction changes to be posted at 10am, but 
those are not up yet as of a minute ago.
