Hi neighbors -
A few items I've missed along the way.
First, a support group (via the Facebook page):
Wildland Fire Loss Grief Support Group
Thursdays at 5:30-7pm starting 9/10/20
Hospice of Bozeman Health conference room
3810 Valley Commons Drive, Suite 1
Bozeman, MT 59718
Grief Support for folks experiencing loss due to the Bridger Foothill Fire
Grief is a near universal experience for those directly impacted by an
extreme natural disaster, such as wildfires. In the immediate aftermath,
loss of home, possessions (such as pictures, keepsakes and other items
which comprise our lives), and life routine cause feelings of grief.
Loss of control, life routine, as well as familiar people and places
often compound feelings of grief. Grief support involves addressing
feelings of loss, mourning losses, and fears about the future.
Please join with others who have lost their home/belongings to the
Bridger Foothill Fire. We will share our feelings and experiences while
supporting each other through this tragedy.
This group is open to anyone who has been directly impacted by the fire.
Masks are required and will be provided if you don’t have one. If the
group becomes too big to be safely distanced in the space, we will seek
out alternate meeting locations.
Facilitated by Katie Michael, Bereavement Coordinator at Hospice of
Bozeman Health and Healthcare Chaplain
For questions, please contact Katie at 406 522-1839 or

Second, 3 Fiddles Farm burned, and has a GoFundMe:
https://www.gofundme.com/f/3-fiddles-farm-fire-recovery-fund
On September 5th the Bridger Foothills wildfire swept across our farm.
All our infrastructure was destroyed. We’ve been farming for our
community for 12 years and want to rebuild our farm to continue growing
great food for our community. We need to replace all our tools,
equipment, fencing, and irrigation system. We need your help to keep
our dream going. We look forward to many more years of growing great
chemical free natural food for Bozeman. Thanks for your love and support.
Third, some of you may have missed a few messages, because some hosts
decided to spam-filter us. Hopefully that's now resolving, but there
doesn't seem to be a consistent pattern. I've reproduced some of the
