[Canyon] USFS structure assessment

Hi all -

I just ran into the USFS structure assessment team. Contrary to the 
impression I got from the community meeting, they're doing most or all 
of the canyon, not just the area north of the fire perimeter.

They're essentially cataloging hazards and action items for every 
property, so that firefighters arriving to defend the place will 
immediately know what to do. This will go into a geodata file of some 
sort at NIFC for reference in future fires.

If you can catch them when they're at your place, they're very nice and 
a gold mine of information about defensible space. Tag along and take 
notes when they do your place! Apparently there are several teams 
working - one in Kelly Canyon currently, another in Jackson Creek, and 
maybe one or two more.
