Currently the variability in review processes, criteria, authority, and other administrative provisions within Gallatin County’s 15 “Part 1” zoning districts causes confusion for the public and increases the likelihood of procedural problems. The Administrative Regulations are intended to address such concerns by adoption of a single administrative regulation for the County’s 15 “Part 1” zoning districts.
