The Bridger Canyon zoning regulation has served us well for over 40 years. However, life has changed a bit, and ambiguous language introduced in past updates mean that it’s time for some maintenance of the regulations.

Around 2005, BCPOA took the lead in developing an updated zoning regulation. Unfortunately, the new regulations languished in the Planning Department for a long time during the Base Area development proposal and other contentious proceedings.
