[Canyon] comet, General Meeting

Hi neighbors -

We had a great General Meeting last night. Thanks to everyone who came!

It's really worth a little effort to see comet NEOWISE.

I was up this morning around 3am, and it was extremely easy to spot, 
almost due North up the middle of the canyon. As it rises higher in the 
sky, you may not need such extreme timing (see article).

If you're not getting up, please take pity on those of us who still 
treasure dark skies, and minimize your contribution to light pollution 
in the canyon.
